Guidance for visitors:

The Elizabeth Love Museum is open to visitors on most weekends from 10am to 4pm for booked guided tours.

Tours provided by our volunteer guides will last approximately one hour and we can accomodate up to eight people per tour.

Price per visitor is £8.00 payable in cash on arrival.

Due to the fragile nature of the collection unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children under 15 or animals.

NO smoking or vaping in any part of the museum.

PLEASE BE AWARE

Access to the upper and lower floor areas could be difficult for some visitors due to a narrow, uneven, stone spiral staircase to the lower floor and a long curved staircase to the upper floor.

The Trustees would love the museum to be fully accessible to all, and will be continually making adjustments and improvements towards achieving this.

Summer Tour times from 1st April to 30th September are: 10.00 , 11.15, 12,30, 13,45 and 15,00.

Winter Tour Times from 1st October to 31st March: 10.00, 12,00, 14.00, 16.00

However our lovely volunteers are quite flexible and would love to show you around so please enquire about other times and even midweek dates if you cannot make these as long as there is a minimum party size of 4.
